A Message From Our Founder
ScienceQuest is a lifelong dream to bring science and scientific principles to the forefront.
My love goes back decades and I draw on my public education experience finding innovative ways teaching science during the Covid Pandemic.

MISSION
To communicate truth via science and inform, educate and entertain the public and raise awareness of science related stories.

VISION
To serve as a nexus for science, technology and art and stimulate positive action to create a beautiful world for the next generations.

Who We Are

KIMBERLY S. GUNN
Founder
Kimberly is the Executive Director of Zoomcatchers and is the Producer of the Behind The Screen and Behind the Beat series. Her background includes working for Fortune 500 companies in publishing and telecommunications and public education.
She holds a B.A. from Wellesley College, and an M.A. from The University of Texas at Austin in Chinese Studies. She also has studied Business Administration at the Middlebury Graduate Institute of International Studies at Monterey. She has studied abroad at China’s Harbin Institute of Technology.

LETICIA GOMEZ
Lead Writer
Leticia Gomez is a Texas-based book/film & television agent who specializes in bringing culturally diverse voices to the forefront. She is the CEO & Founder of Savvy Literary Services which has become an industry leader in championing the work of multicultural authors. She also serves as President of the entertainment division for Ascendant Group, one of the leading branding and marketing firms in the nation. She has had a good number of projects successfully optioned for film and television adaptation. As a literary agent, she has placed close to 200 books with independent and mainstream traditional publishers. Blending her experience as an author, literary, film and television agent and acquisition editor, she is now truly excited to spearhead her own Latino focused book imprint Café con Leche Books.

STEVEN ARZBERGER, PHD.
Science Expert
Steve leads business initiatives, with strategy and execution to ensure that we have the resources to establish and grow our programs. He uses analytics to measure our progress and provide business insights. Steve has leveraged a PhD in Chemistry into a number of entrepreneurial successes, based on the use of a transferable process to achieve technology-based economic development. This experience combines engineering, business law, research and development, and business acumen in a meaningful way to achieve business success. This includes the ability to obtain resources, from public and private sources, to realize business objectives.

ELIZABETH MARTINEZ
Librarian
Elizabeth is known for her work as the former Executive Director of the American Library Association and as the Director of the Los Angeles Public Library. She's the author of A Jaguar in the Library, and is lauded for her strong advocacy for education and multicultural programs.

LILY FORRESTER
Outreach
Lily is an anthropology major and music minor at Wellesley College, working as the Communications Intern for Zoomcatchers. She joined the team in May of 2021 hoping to use her knowledge as a former Market Research Intern to help connect the world through audience acquisition for first-class virtual events. Lily is thrilled to be a part of the movement.

NATHALIE JAMAVAN
Website Development
Nathalie is studying mathematics at Wellesley College. She joined Zoomcatchers to focus on developing web and business endeavors. She’s excited to work on Science Quest, promoting STEM education for all audiences.

ANNA ZHOU
Production Intern
My name is Anna, and I'm currently an undeclared major going into my sophomore year at Wellesley College. I'm looking forward to being a production intern with Zoomcatchers this summer, and being a part of upcoming projects!

ESMÉ KRUMMEL
Production Intern
Esmé Krummel is a rising sophomore at Wellesley College. She is from San Francisco California. At Wellesley she is considering majoring in biology, something in the social sciences, or creative writing. In her free time she loves spending time with friends and family as well as reading, writing, listening to music, and spending time outdoors. Esmé is interning for Zoomcatchers this summer and will be working on content production for ScienceQuest, and she is more than excited to be part of the project!

JAXSEN KING
Narration
Jaxsen King Vanzant (born December 2011) is an American activist who has ADHD, Epilepsy & Autism. He is well known to youth activists for his work in accepting and celebrating neurodiversity and, most recently, for his involvement with the climate change movement. In the wake of the pandemic in 2020, when forced to slow-down and recognize the environmental problems the world was facing, he began posting and influencing for Mother Earth. Among his goals are to speak at public schools, to appear on the TED stage, and to attend the United Nations Climate Change Conference, and to ultimately protect the natural habitat of Axoltols.
